I'm Jordan, the founder of Branch Beyond Therapy. I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (or CBT Therapist for short).

 

Finding the right therapist can be daunting with so many people to choose from as well as loads of therapy approaches. Research shows that the most important element of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist - that's what we offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to make sure that Branch Beyond Therapy is a good fit for you before committing to any sessions.

I'm committed to supporting growth and empowering people to branch beyond where they are now. Why? Because I've been there. I know from my own therapy experience the hugely positive impact it can have in helping you to truly know yourself and work towards living the life you want.

It can also help you find new go-to ways of managing difficult times with new coping strategies. You might want to reduce your alcohol intake, prioritise your health and fitness or stop doom scrolling. At Branch Beyond we can help you set your goals and work with you to develop more helpful behaviours that get you there.

WHAT EXACTLY IS CBT?

At Branch Beyond our main therapy approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – which empowers you to take charge of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

We also offer an Integrative Approach which means therapy can be flexible and although has a foundation of CBT, can be tailored to build support around you as an individual using other therapy styles too. 

CBT isn't just about understanding your past; it's about building skills and strategies for your present and future.
