WE ALSO OFFER
GROUP FACILITATION & SUPPORT

Group support can be a hugely valuable for people not wishing to embark on 1:1 therapy. Group support provides:

A Sense of Belonging and Community: Group members realise they are not alone in their struggles, which can be very comforting and validating.

Peer Support: Members can share empathy and compassion as well as learn from each other's experiences and coping strategies. Seeing others make progress can be inspiring and motivating.

Normalising: Group support helps normalise members' experiences. When they hear others sharing similar challenges, it reduces feelings of shame or isolation.

Feedback and Validation: Members might receive feedback and validation from different perspectives, which can help them gain insight into their own behaviours and beliefs.

Skill Building: Group support provides opportunities for skill-building exercises and role-playing, helping members develop new coping strategies and communication skills.

Long-Term Support: Group members can connect and even create long-term support networks long after group sessions have ended.

Cost-Effective: Group support is more cost-effective than individual therapy, making it accessible to a wider range of people.

If you have a group you would like to arrange support for whether it be workplace wellbeing groups, group support for community organisations or group facilitation for special interest groups, please get in touch to discuss how we can help you plan and deliver your group support.
